This Privacy Policy describes how CPA Retain ('we', 'us') collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and software.
Information we collect
Account and contact information you provide (name, email, firm), product usage and technical information such as IP address and device details, and any metadata needed to operate the service. Client files managed through CPA Retain remain in your firm's Microsoft 365 tenant.
How we use information
To provide and improve the service, authenticate users, communicate with customers, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not take custody of your SharePoint documents.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; we work to protect information consistent with industry standards.
Retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion by contacting us.
Your choices
